Prior to joining firm, Mr. Ronak was associated with well known CA Firm in Mumbai leading Audit & Assurance team. His area of focus has been Statutory Audit, Concurrent Audits and handling Due Diligence engagements. He has been actively engaged in providing advisory under GST law to clients. He provides advisory to various Clients/ Business partners on strategic issues and also provides a perspective on global trends & emerging practices on client assignments.

Mr. Pranit Tanna is a qualified Chartered Accountant having 7 years of Professional experience in the area of Internal Audit, Corporate Law matters & Taxation. Prior to joining firm, Mr. Pranit was associated with Public Ltd company heading Internal Audit Team. He specializes in the area of setting up Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), internal controls and handling Corporate Law matters. His strength lies in quick compilation and implementation in his areas of work. Mr. Pranit has been a guiding force to Clients/Business partners for assessing their need for finance in business and assisting them in availing the same.

Mr. Sharad Khandelwal leads Direct tax Team at RSPT & Associates. He has around 9 years of Professional experience guiding clients in the area of Direct Taxation in respect of complex corporate issues and personal tax issues. Prior to joining firm, Mr. Sharad was associated with Public Ltd. company heading tax and litigation department of the company and its associated entities. He is known for his experience in handling Income tax Assessments, litigation matters with various Appellate Authorities. He has been actively engaged in advising Clients/ Business partners in area of international taxation and cross border transactions.
